In order to make your first visit as pleasurable and efficient as possible, please complete our patient forms and questionnaire prior to your visit. We encourage you to read the information on our web site as it will answer many questions you may have regarding the care and services available at the Urology practice of Martha B. Boone, M.D., LLC.

Office Hours and Parking
Our regular office hours are Monday - Thursday, 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. and Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. There is a parking garage under the building; however, we do not validate the parking tickets. The average parking cost per visit is $4.00 (cash or check).

After Hours
If your call is of an emergent nature and/or is life threatening, please call 911; do not leave a message!!! After normal business hours and on weekends and holidays, our phones are forwarded to our answering service. If your call is of a non-urgent matter (i.e. prescription refills, medical records requests, test results, billing issues, etc.) we ask that you leave a message in the appropriate mailbox and your call will be answered within 24 – 48 hours.
