Please contact us with your health or insurance questions, or to schedule an appointment. When calling for an appointment, please be prepared to provide the patient's name, address, phone number, birth date, type of insurance, reason for appointment, and referring physician, if applicable.

After Hours

If your call is life threatening, please call 911; do not leave a message!!! Dr. Boone is "on call" via her cell phone, for emergencies only (every day and every night!). Please use this avenue of contact for true emergencies only. To better serve our patients, she no longer uses an answering service. You can reach her directly, in case of emergency. If she is out of town, the contact information for the person "on call" is available when you dial 404.705.8366. If, for any reason, you cannot reach Dr. Boone or the doctor "on call" for her, please proceed to the Northside Hospital emergency room for care. (Dr. Boone only goes to the main campus of Northside, near the perimeter). If your call is of a non-urgent matter (i.e. prescription refills, medical records requests, test results, billing issues, etc.) we ask that you leave a message in the appropriate mailbox and your call will be answered within 24 – 48 business hours.
