After Hours Contact

After hours and on weekends and holidays, our phones are forwarded to our answering service. If your call is of a non-urgent matter (i.e. prescription refills, medical records requests, test results, billing issues, etc.) we ask that you leave a message in the appropriate mailbox and your call will be answered within 24 - 48 hours. If your call is of an emergency nature and/or is life threatening, please call 911; do not leave a message.
