Office Hours and Parking

Our regular office hours are Monday - Thursday, 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. and Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. There is a parking garage under the building; however, we do not validate the parking tickets. The average parking cost per visit is $4.00 (cash or check).

After Hours

If your call is of an emergent nature and/or is life threatening, please call 911; do not leave a message!!! After normal business hours and on weekends and holidays, our phones are forwarded to our answering service. If your call is of a non-urgent matter (i.e. prescription refills, medical records requests, test results, billing issues, etc.) we ask that you leave a message in the appropriate mailbox and your call will be answered within 24–48 hours.
