I read one page a day and when I get to the end, I start it all over again. I am on my 6th reading and find something new each time. No matter whether you are religious or not, this book can help center you in a "higher self".
THE WISDOM OF MENOPAUSE by Christiane Northrup, M.D.
This book is a very detailed guide to menopause. It explains, in detail, the physiology of menopause. It also includes many suggestions for managing the aging process. It is a brilliant book for the menopausal female.
THE WEALTHY SPIRIT by Chellie Campbell
If you are worried about money, and it might be affecting your health, this book is a great place to start to improve your prosperity consciousness! There are short exerts for each day of the year in this book. With five minutes a day, you can improve how you are thinking about money.
THE LANGUAGE OF LETTING GO by Melody Beattie
If you are one of those people who find it easy to do for others, but hard to take care of yourself, this book is for you! Many people have "ill health" because they focus so much on others that they neglect the daily needs of their own body.
